BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have private en-suite facilities, digital TV, hairdryers and complimentary tea & coffee making with biscuits. Ground and 1st Floor rooms also have telephones
We will make every effort to ensure you get to stay in the room you have chosen. If this is not possible, you will be offered a room of an equivalent standard.
SMOKING:
Taking into consideration the comfort of all our guests, we have adopted a NO SMOKING policy throughout the Hotel
CHILDREN / PETS:
In maintaining a calm and relaxing ambience in the hotel, we do not cater for children under the age of 12 years unless the occasion requires and by prior arrangement Guide dogs excepted, we also do not accept pets
PAYMENT:
Debit cards are accepted and are free. Most major credit cards are accepted and will carry a 1.5% charge. We do not accept American Express.
VAT:
Prices include VAT @ the current rate Prices quoted are for bookings made directly with the hotel. Bookings made via third parties may incur commission charges.
CANCELLATIONS / PART-CANCELLATIONS
Should you need to cancel or part-cancel your booking, please inform the hotel immediately.
Provided that notice is received 3 days before your scheduled arrival date, any deposit or monies taken will be refunded after deducting a £25 admin fee.
If notice of cancellation is received after this time, any monies paid will only be refunded if the room is re-let for the full period, less an admin fee of £25.00
If, after arrival, you need to shorten your visit, you will be liable to a supplementary charge equal to the cost of the original booking - If the room is re-let, you will receive a full refund for this period. Less an admin fee of £25.
If you fail to arrive without giving notice you will be liable for the full cost of the reservation made.
